Victor has practiced law in South Carolina since his admission to the Bar in 2014. He attended the University of South Carolina, where he received his B.S. degree in political science. Following that, he earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2014. After law school, Victor worked in Estate Planning and Real Estate law. He then moved to SCCID where he worked on criminal law appeals, arguing in front of both the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court numerous times. Since then, Victor has moved to a focus on governmental liability and civil rights defense litigation ever since. He regularly appears in state and federal trial courts throughout South Carolina on behalf of governmental entities and individuals.
